Start with parts that genuinely sell

A first range does not need to be large. It is more important to begin with consumables and frequently replaced items: engine parts, drivetrain components, plastics, and parts replaced after regular motorcycle use.

Customers are more likely to trust the range when every item has a clear part number, compatibility information, unit of sale, and realistic production lead time.

Keep the first order manageable

Do not mix too many new models into the first shipment. Select a few compatible models, agree on a clear SKU list, and order a quantity that you can inspect and sell in your market.

  • Start with high-demand categories
  • Verify compatibility by model and year
  • Agree on MOQ and packaging before production begins
  • Leave low-frequency items for the second phase

Why coordination matters more than the lowest unit price

A mixed order usually involves several factories. Without central coordination, time is lost checking part numbers, packaging, labelling, and lead times.

For an importer, these coordination costs are often greater than a small difference in the initial unit price.

MX2T4T brings a Chongqing-sourced range into one practical workflow: part selection, inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation.

The next step

If you already know your target models or have a list of required parts, send it to our team.

We will help you prepare a clear first RFQ without requiring you to search for and coordinate dozens of factories yourself.
